Rapid Runners is a fun program that encourages participants to maintain great health, get exercise, meet new friends, and tackle a 5k race. Sessions will be offered weekly on Monday evenings at Manhattan Park. Come every week for extra practice and socialization! We will be training to participate in a local 5k race this September.
