Our popular Rapid Runners program will be back for another summer season! Get ready to work out and learn in a fast-paced class focused on healthy lifestyles! We will meet each Monday through the summer. Our goal is to complete the Bridge Run on September 17th, DSAWM will cover the cost of all participants and volunteers!
