Who: Members aged 14+ Where/When: 2 sessions offered Mondays weekly beginning June 6 from 5:30-6:30pm at Manhattan Park Wednesdays weekly beginning June 8 from 9:30-10:30am at SOMI Inclusion Center Cancelled through end of July Rapid Runners is a fun program that encourages participants to maintain great health, get exercise, meet new friends, and tackle a 5k race. 4th Mondays 6:30-7:30pm DSAWM Office Parents/Caregivers of individuals with Ds aged 30+ Caregivers of individuals with Down syndrome over the age of 30 are invited to this support group sponsored by DSAWM and Alzheimer’s Association. Participants share experiences and discuss the process of caring for loved ones growing older with Down syndrome. Email Nate at nate@dsawm.org to RSVP.
