Mondays, January 11 - May 10 5:30-7pm Shape Up is a health & fitness program for teens and adults with Down syndrome aged 14+. Learn to take control of your health through wise food choices and fun physical activity. 45 minutes of health & nutrition education is followed by 45 minutes of fun exercise.
