Join the DSAWM Foundation for the launch of our $850,000 Connecting Communities capital campaign in support of the West Michigan Down syndrome community! Connecting Communities is an $850,000 capital campaign of the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan Foundation (DSAWMF) that will continue to support individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and communities across 12 West Michigan counties. Join us for the Connecting Communities public announcement on Thursday, August 19th at 4pm. This special event will be held at and mark the official opening of our new office and program space at the Special Olympics Michigan Unified Sports and Inclusion Center located at 160 68th St SW in Grand Rapids. We invite you to join us for a tour and to learn about the opportunities that this vital partnership with other like-minded organizations will have for the Down Syndrome Association of West Michigan community!
